Here is my running tip of the day:
Step One - To run: Place one foot in front of the other and then alternate with the other foot rapidly.
Step Two - To run a long distance:  Repeat Step One for a long time.  And Step Three - Don't forget to breathe.

"I injured my IT band pretty bad running Huntsville and have been trying to rehab it with stretching, icing, etc.  I read about the IT strap that goes above the knee.  It is a Patt Strap made by Fabrifoam and I ran 3 miles with it and had NO PAIN at all. It seems to really work by reducing the friction on the outside of the knee where the IT band connects.  Anyway......it worked great and hopefully will keep on working..... "
Thanks,

"I love running in Saucony shoes! They have been good to me and my feet. For me...they rock!"  ~j.d.

"They that hope in the LORD will renew their strength, they will soar as with eagles' wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint."

 ISAIAH 40:31

 Think about it...

I always loved running... it was something you could do by yourself, and under your own power.  You could go in any direction, fast or slow as you wanted, fighting the wind if you felt like it, seeking out new sights just on the strength of your feet and the courage of your lungs.  ~Jesse Owens
